yes it is , i try'd so hard to buy this fish, but the ibama where on strike so i couldnt sort out the paper work.

As for eclipse they can eclipse young this one was only 8".....


but you really want it to look like this one.......

no im not exporting, i was just lucky enough to spend a few week's over in Brazil collecting fish
