So how hard would it have been to bring that leo back with you....??/ Can it even be done...??? Today 11:17 AM

this was in 2004, and the IBAMA where on strike, and you cannot get anything out without their paperwork singed off. Also this fish was at a different exporter than the one we where with, we couldnt get it on the flight back from belem to recife and i didnt trust the guy to just hand over a load of cash and wait....

god yeah it break's my heart to think about it, she was about 15" aswell so i should of had pups from her by now

As for eclipse they can eclipse young this one was only 8".....

I agree, they can have a couple of eclipse spots at a young age. I still wouldn't consider it an eclipse leo.

yeah one of my 15" male's has just started to eclipse just 2 spot's for now

no im not exporting, i was just lucky enough to spend a few week's over in Brazil collecting fish

I am envious. Tats my lide long dream, to go brazils and fish out some leos. Esp the huge mama ones.
