i hate it when kids call all fish "nemos"!I dont know why but that bugs the crap outa me.Lol a really really nice UPS guy delivered a COD package (from Rapps ) onetime and called ahead to make sure I was home - not to make fun of him or anything (cause hes a really nice guy) but he left a message on my phone saying he had a package for me from "tangled up in ' chee- childs'... I had to chuckle.Me.if I cant pronounce it -I try not to say it - to the point of wierd phobic aviodence of words .

eh, I don't really care if kids call clown fish nemo because you know what that means. It means they're interested in fish and that just maybe they'll be interested in joining the hobby when they grow up. On an off note, finding nemo is one my favorite movies so

i agree. i work at the fish dept. at a pet store. there hasn't been a single day at work that i havent heard the name, "nemo." and the really bad part is that the parents play along with it, even though our fish dept. has NO saltwater fish at all.
another thing that really annoys me is when ppl point at the tank asking me what the fish is called and the name is written on the glass. I mean CMON, if there's only one type of fish in that tank, you should be able to come up with the conclusion yourself.

I like the movie Finding Nemo, you have to like it...its about fish (Shark Tail sucked ass though, they were to humanized). What pisses me off is that after the movie little kids everywhere wnted a Nemo fish. I read an article a few years back about how people buy them for their kids and have to clue how to take care of them, even putting them in freshwater at times. It even said that kids will sometimes flush the fish to send it home. I will try to find the article.

when i worked at a lfs i hated the b@$tards that would buy fish and say "oh well if it dies it dies" or "yeah its gonna die anyways" i felt like saying theyre you go 
,now carry that same attitude with your kid you d!p***** or the people that go the cheapest route possible with their animals i had a lady one time that bought a r.e.s. and told me she was gonna put it in one of those tiny @$$ plastic betta tanks i told the boss about it and he couldve cared less

Yes, I remember that. They got the dog not knowing what the breed needed and they ended up in the pound and stuff. Dalmations are very high string, need lots of exersize and attension.
Cuban Jay...I don't know how you can stand it. That is why I gave up the idea of owning my own fish store...I would never make money cause I would turn everyone down.
i hate when people say "its just a fish, who cares if it dies" i would say you just a human, with 6 billion and growing who gives a **** if you go into the ground
