You all have gorgeous bichirs!
About how many do you guys keep?
At the moment, I only have one, a single 8" Senegal, but I plan on getting much more, they are easily my favorite species of fish.

How do you keep that little senegal with all of those other monsters.

Like has been stated, if you keep bichirs well fed, I think that you shouldn't have a problem with bichirs being larger than other bichirs. As long as they aren't 2 or 3 inch size in the tank with monsters. I have a 10 inch Ornate in the same tank as a 5 inch longfin senegal, buettikoferri, and a 6 inch Moke. I have never seen a problem because I make sure to keep my bichirs fat and content.
