Newbie here but oldie to owning fesate. Been addicted to them since 1977. Anyone have any wild ones for sale? Would consider and F1 female but would prefer a wild male. I've had 4 large pairs 8-13 inches, a threesome of 4" spawners(wild)1m/2f, a 14" female that paired up with a friend's wild 18" behemoth, and a 10" male who paired up with a friend's 8" female. I've had 3 successful spawns with no casualties to my own pairs, but my 10" male did butcher my friends' female twice.
I actually think that Rock Fules male was an AWESOME fish. Meanest lookin festae i have ever seen.
Here are some pictures of mine. According to Mike it is a wild caught female. I've had her for about a year. I bought a wild caught male as well, unfortunately it didn't make it.
