Lets see your cars!!

They do say the indy car and the f1 car as shown both have enough engine power and down force to drive upside down in a tunnel...

Since the down-force the aerodynamics produce is greater then the cars weight theoretically it could, but the aero really kicks in at med/high speeds. Mechanical grip is different but equally important as aerodynamic grip. Cars that mainly run circles like Indy Cars have significantly less down-force to create more top speed, this hurts braking, turning and accelerating but Indy Cars are purpose built just like F1. Funny to think the largest amount of drag the car produces comes from the front tires.

Watching cars run 225mph with the ass end breaking loose run circles or watching a car pull 5+lateral G's during a turn & 8+longitude under braking are equally a beast of their own!

Here's a little pic to reference what a F1 car makes in terms of high speed aero

Truly a work of art! uploadfromtaptalk1393489198268.jpg even the exhaust is engineered of .5-1mm thick titanium to save weight, thus needing replaced every race (or every other race depending on the teams resources)

×Go S. Vettel #1 Infiniti Redbull! 4x WDC!!! Congrats on another flawless title× <GET BETTER SCHUMI>

I love aero cars. I know it's very uncommon for a Mustang guy like me to shrug my shoulders at drag racing, but there is soooo much more art and skill to a corner carver.

Nice, that's the CTS coupe.I wasn't aware they were available in V also.
I'm not sure when the V coupe came out, most likely 13 as posted below.
I think the V came out in 13.

CtsV WAGON is the one I want!! For the wife and
If it was more than the wife and I. I would have went for the wagon as well, nicer looking than the sedan.

The problem with the V is it bumps the price from 46 to 74. Maybe someday.

That's what I loved and miss with my GT40 kit car...That steering wheel would get tight over 110mph because of how aerodynamic it was. I'm sure it was nowhere close to formula cars but it was impressive at those higher speeds.

That sounds fun, got any pics of that car?
