It's a wild caught (or at least only bred a few gens in captivity) P. senegalus senegalus. The quality of a low grade leucistic. Whether or not it is a leucistic can't be known until it's spent some time on that black sand.
If it darkens up, then someone had given it the white tank treatment, so it looks leucistic.
Very unlikely to be a wild leucistic though, so bonus if it is. Definitely not a xanthic colour morph.
