Some guy came in and told me he had a rtc in a 30. I told him "he'll be ok there for about a month lol". He then told me "I know, I'm gonna put him the 55 with the chiclids" I responded with "he will eat every fish in that tank once he out grows them... And he will outgrow them." he said "no he won't, the chiclids are aggressive". I laughed and told him if he needed anything to let me know. What a clown.

That does not make you cool at all! What would make them cool is if they has properly housed the fish and they were all full grown. (Very hard to do!)

Not an lfs employee....but I always scratch my head when somebody sells some clueless "aquarist" a common pleco for their 30 gal.

I always try to talk people out of buying them. I always tell them "i would never put one in any of my tanks".
We had a buy one get one special the other day... Ugh so many plecos were sold.
I have one but it was handed down to me throw a friend... And the tank he is in happens to be my dirtiest one haha.
