Last time I heard it was illegal. Even it it wasn't it would need a very large saltwater pond.

sea turtles are on the endangerd list because of humans there for he should be shut down for not careing and only given a crap about his wealth

write an anonymous email to them asking them to surrender it to Fish n wildlife or wildlife rehabbers organization. If they refuse then tell the fish n wildlife to come down as soon as possible. Before any 10 year old decide to buy it so they can hug it

if you buy it and take it down there , you will lose your money and the shop will get more in. are you sure it's a salt water turtle?
