Yes but not everyone has unlimited minnows nearby, and also i wouldnt call expo a shinning star of healthy water conditions.

I've seen 1"-2" lmb fry in lake be for and they look so cool to. I just wish I hade the space for one. If you give it enough room to turn around you should be fine.
