i tried talking to him but that was worthless, kids scared of me and has no interest in taking responsibilitie for his actions.
I think this is the most telling thing in the whole thread. He's a kid, he won't take responsibility because he's not experienced enough to know better. Sadly, in our society people no longer have to 'grow up' at a young age. 35 is closer to when adult males start to grow up. Cynical I know, but true. Whatever you do won't 'teach him a lesson' ... he won't see it as a lesson, he'll see himself as a victim. It probably will be at least a decade from now that he might even admit to being in the wrong.
All doing anything now to a kid will make you out to be the bad guy at best, escalate things at the worst.
And this is coming from someone that does truly believe in the eye for an eye bit, but in this case it would just be wasted effort.
But kudos to seeing him on a daily basis and not doing anything thus far. Not sure I could.
