Lighting Question?

There actually is a LED light fixture that can grow reefs, even high intensity reefs. PFO Solaris, but they will run you $2000 for a 4' fixture.

wellp, then you can have mushrooms and dusters, with that lighting, it wont be thriving but it will live. also a 10G will mean you must really be on ur water parameters like a hounddog. with only 10G of water nitrates will rise fast! this is going to be a huuuuuuge hassle before it pays off for you, just like it is for me... keep ur head up and let me know how it goes!

U might be better off just spending the couple HUNDO and buy a nanocube which will come with everything u need!

I did too until i saw 650$ is the cheapest (Rebel 8.0mp) and doesnt even come with the lens.

Im going for the SLR wannabe, p880 kodak.. loooooooks SICK

thats whats fun about a project tank... im not going to kill myself i just want to see if i can do it... i know that less water mean less room for error, but it also means less in start up cost... and i need somthing to do over christmas break

maybe ill just get a Current Dual Satellite... $128 for a 20 inch, thats not to bad

EDIT: Illuming.com has a 70W MH retrofit for $140 only $12 more... but ill have to do the mounting and a fan and custom hood but might as well do it now and have more opportunities (sp?) later

with a good mind and a ton of money anything can be achieved.enjoy :)
