List of best tasting freshwater fish

In order from best tasting to worst tasting, what is your list of lepomis spicies.

Also if anyone knows where I could get some fingerlings shipped to hawaii.

Answers in posts3-5 are not lepomis species, and in many cases not even FW.

The only good tasting freshwater fish I have ever had was wild rainbow trout. Also salmon if that counts.

Im not really sure what you mean by lepomis...gar..but my favorite freshwater fish are;

Sauger
White/hybrid bass
Bluegill
Catfish
Pike

I ate a paddle fish once...didnt cook it right and it was not the best!
