rules are good however i live in canada and there are alot of species of fish i can keep tat you may not be able to, so my question is if i post a question about aquiring or keeping a fish that is not illegal to me but is to alot of you will it get deleted????

No. As along as it's legal to obtain, then it is fine. If any illegal activities is being suggested such as you offer to transport it to anywhere that is illegal, then it will be deleted. And infractions will be handed out as well. It should be in the TOS.
