It would suck for a fish to die from hitting its head on the glass. Funny you mention because i was over a buddys house just a month ago when a 2 year old tapped on the glass of his tank, his gar freaked out and went into a paralyzed mode for a good 5 mins. I thought he wasn't going to make it as he was floating sideways limp for awhile. He's a beast now.I got fish killed itself when it hit the glass, not like it's hate me that much but it got spooked out by little kid sudden move tapped the glass and it thrust with full speed to the glass and died soon after, Its ATF species![]()
Pink Convict MF pair in a 20 would work fairly well imo. As far as I know, they don't get anywhere as big as the original "black" variety. still lots of attitude and quite colorful w/ iridescent highlights on fins and rosey orangeish pink on sides. Beautiful fitch (thats a fish that throws fits).a Neet might work , convicts are underrated imo
Local lfs lost a powder blue hippo (saltwater) when woman hit the glass to get another fish to move to better position for her to see it. All the fish in that tank jumped about 6 inches forward. The PBH hit the glass hard and went into a panic attack with all the symptoms (extremrly rapid breathing and lay sideways and body contorted). It died within 2 hours. It would suck for a fish to die from hitting its head on the glass.
