But the world of aquaria is not as simple as keeping cichlids. There are actually fish out there that will not readily accept a pellet. Welcome to the world of top level predators. Were pellets get laughed at.
Your trying to set a rule for something where rules don't exist...superleggera123;3206106; said:i know..
and it works
What do you think would happen if in that video, neo dropped in 10 feeders and 10 pellets? And it is a perch what did you expect? And i would be willing to bet in that fishes life there came a time when it was starved off of live foods. Seems like going against nature is the thing to do in the cichlid world.superleggera123;3206108; said:umm MASSIVORE is not for cichlids..
IT IS FOR ALL predatory FISH
just watch the video
It is not just cichlids where the complexity comes. I keep cichlids myself. It is easy to judge where our statements tend to come from as a result of what you mentioned. We tend to see the general observation which is why most of our statements tend to be rather broad. Unfortunately, this happens all the time. If we are discussing specifics, we would not be comparing which is which and instead give a layout of what exactly is best for a particular group.hybridtheoryd16;3206104; said:Looking at these replies and the pics under your names, I thought I was on cichlid fish keeper.
