Young? Lets try not to have any personal attacks, age is no way to judge a person. I'm 16.
Not a personal attack at all. It a human trait that no matter how hard one tries they can not stop. Every human being goes thru that period once in there life. There was a time when i would have been the same way.

It has the fillers Lupin was talking about, so it's probably not healthy to feed just this diet...

Lupin maybe you could clear things up. Would high fiber help take care of the gas build up from starch and other ingredients?

I'm just saying, don't judge how somebody thinks based on their age. As you now know I'm younger than superleggera, yet you agree with me.

haha deathsting...
deathsting i sent u a pm regarding rays..
and i agree with bluehairman now fiber is good so i guess mixing it with massivore would be a good combo

Yes. Either fasting for a few days or feeding peas will help ease up the GI tract.

  1. fish meal--aka- the left overs after all edible parts of a fish have been harvested for human consumption.
  2. krill meal--aka- same as fish meal, left overs of shrimp after all edible parts have been removed.
  3. Phosphorus-- sounds like great fish food, and its also used as a explosive.
  4. Brewers dried yeast-- at brewery's they can only use the yeast once for brewing then it becomes waste. Then it is sold to fed mills as a filler for several prepared non human foods.
  5. dried A. niger fermentation extract-- same manner as yeast.
  6. copper-- not sure why this is added. But I know in high levels it is toxic to fish.
  7. ouch

I'm glad you're starting to understand. Try feeding your fish peas if they will take them. Or buy hikari cichlid staple, it has max 13% fiber. Which is the highest I've found at the LFS. Another healthy food is hikari frozen blood worms, it has a bunch of vitamins in it. And the fish go nuts over it.
