I caught one off Pensecola beach . Came flying out of no where at the end of my reeling in . Scared the shiatzu out of me and are incredibly strong... like holding onto a monitor lizard.

Awesome, can yaz give the specs. on them? Like, are they freshwater, brackish or salt? Cuz peeps keep saying they catch them off piers...which would make yaz think they are saltwater, but your buddy kept it with bagarius, which is fresh. Speakin of which....did it eat the bagarius or the bagarius eat it?

Different fish. The Platycephalus that Wes gets are from India I think. The big one he had got eaten by one of those stoopid Bumblebee groupers.
