Whoa, my setup is exactly the same as yours! I have 20+ Indos, 6 clown loaches and 6 wide bar silver dollars in a 210g like you do. I think the silver dollars really make a difference in getting the dats to be more active. Post up some more pics when you can.
Nice DATS. They usually slow down the growth rate at abt 10 inches. IMO if u had a bunch of these guys in the larger phase. you would be happy to throw in some QT feeders and enjoy how the snap at them..

I have 14 dats (8 IT and 6 AT) in a 4x2x2 growout and the AT´s seem to be more a less the size of yours when you bought them (between 1/2" and 1"). Tiny.... but eating massivore like there´s no tomorrow !
