Seeing the fish on a glance looked similar in the thumb nail I asked the owner to bag a select 3. I them asked the dude if he was positive they were Festae as I had some doubt. He replied yep those are Festae and pointed at the tag on the tank and even went down a fish characteristics list such as whether or not it had bars, showed me the "y" bar on the three, in retro spect the y wasn't complete. So I did the nourish mistake of paying for the fish on his word and from a picture from Google. I got home did somemore research realized they were the wrong fish. Confronted the owner and got told to pies off because I wanted to return my fish for a refund or instore credit. Then the fish died anyway.
I went to the shop today with images and evidence as to why the tank was marked wrong. But the owner said who cares its not worth his time to change the label on a tank with 6 fish in it
Probably shouldn't trust a quick google image search on a phone either. Not the most accurate form of fish I.D.
Didn't you say the fish died anyway? So it doesn't really matter if the fish was the right one or not.
