You can always tell your spouse/family that "I could be doing worse things."

VERY true. Fish can die, but I think you're still better off then putting your money in the bank. By money I mean coke and by bank I mean your nose.

My mom thought my ray hobby and the time/money/work involved was rediculous. Finally after getting frustrated with arguing my side I simply explained it was much more productive then running around all hours of the night "methin" around. She gave NO arguement.
