LOGO DESIGN CONTEST

OMG I just did a touchdown dance!!! This is exactly what I was talking about!!!
We might want to lower the shark more, and turn him a little so that it's a little more a view from the front & side instead of top, because from the top it gets really hard to depict the fins. The tail is a little off, but that's ok, it can be fixed!!! LOL
And the inner portion of the wings on the manta are a bit dramatic, so need to be relaxed a little (the shape is a little sharper than natural). Regardless, this is exactly what I had in mind and whatever little tweaks need to be done can be done by the graphic artist I take the design to because they will be able to re-create it and save it into a vector format (or something like that, lol, thats what I was told)
YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING, THE TWEAKS WILL BE LITTLE, AND SEEING AS HOW THE GA'S WILL HAVE TO RE-CREATE IT ANYWAYS, THEY CAN ADD THE TWEAKS AND SAVE IT IN THE PROPER FORM TO GO TO PRINT. Is there any way to mail me a copy, photocopy it, or even fax it so that that I have a clear, full size replica they can work from???
This is it, this is the Intl logo. The other one, I am using for mucho mucho merchandise!

Keep in mnd that the possibilities are endless, and we will be using a variety of Logo's from our international one, our professional letterhead one(which we still need), our varied campaign logos (which we still need), and well as several designs that will go onto merchandise. There is still soooo much we can design for, and after meeting with the artists, let me just say that the products are never ending, they literally make everything!!!

Emi-i can't fax it, my work only allows on station faxes, and the sheet would be too big anyways. how about i mail it to ya? you want me to just mail the pencil drawing i just did? just email me at stuckinappalachia@yahoo.com (thats my yahoo email) with your address and ill put it in the mail. i know i messed up on the angle of the hammerhead. i redrew that sucker about 5 times.. lol. i had him just a side view, and you could see his fins really well, but then you couldnt tell he was a hammerhead! and i thought "well thats not gonna fly" so i erased him and redrew him no **** 5 times. i agree-he needs to be on his side more and maybe have his head facing you, and slightly down, that way hes a hammerhead again.
ill go ahead and mail that colored one to ya too in the same envelope.. ill work on cranking out some logos and other stuff too..

LMAO "a hammerhead again", hahaha you make it sound like he came out like some forest gump'd grimlin, ahahaha no no it's fine, like I said, those little tweaks the Graphic artists can deal with since they have to recreate it anyways into a hardcopy digital format, so they can fix as they go.

Wow guys that looks great! Great job fo sho! Touchdown dances are cool... lmao. Anyways about vectorizing the image.. im familiar with vectorizing, but im only familiar with it on certain programs, all it does is it creates the image in a certain format. Heres an example of a "vectorized" image...
As you can see, the image has just been cleaned up a bit, it makes it a little easier to print. im currently at work and have no way of playing with that image and trying to vectorize it but when i get off i will try to find some software that would allow me to play with it.

The only other one I can think of is the post before which has the islands in it already so I am going to go with the sharks??
As for Pirate lettering... if you are talking about that cool looking Old English font I can prob. do it, my bf loves that so I did his name in it once, its not to bad to do. I'll try it out =]

For the lettering, I don't know if it's old english or what, but it sorta looks weathered and "torn" like an old map would be around the edges or something. Know what I mean vern??..or no. LOL

LoL okay nevermind I did old english but it is just something to think about. I wont take credit for the lettering, I just looked up fonts online and printed it out and traced it b/c I looked at it and knew it would take forever for me to draw it and make it even, I just wanted to get it done quick to see what it would look like. Just for the record other then the lettering I did draw the sharks and islands (if you are added as a friend you should be able to view my artwork album on my profile). As for the font it would probably be better to just add it in as the actual font from the computer onto the image once the image is completed and ready for print.. just a suggestion for any of the items you have created.
