Yeah i know bro I still catch myself going to the tank expecting them to be still swimming around So take good care of the guy you have and i know he will be a stunner himself.

I think he led a long and happy life.

Thank you and yes i do believe he did too although when i recieved him he was 10.5" and since he's wild im hoping he was somewhere around 3-4 years old.

NO It happened at the end of May and ive been pretty devistated about it and didnt know if i wanted to say anything or not but he deserves his life being appreciated and known so im just now mentioning it

Your Lil General looks like a twin of my guy. Proof is below.

I just took a photo of Jr in my 29 gal with the same color gravel as you have in your tank in the Lil General vid. Looks like mom & dads legacy lives on.

Jr has since been moved back home and Mr Dovii is back in his tank.

Hopefully the couple hour tank switch will throw off the breeding urge and cut aggression.

During my switch I measured both fish.

Dovii was exactly 7.75 inches and Jr was exactly 6.5 inches. My assumtion was accurate with Jr and a little off with the Dovii.

I am so bummed out about The General right now.

Yeah they look almost identical and i have plenty others that look just as good if not better This guy is for sale, i will keep a male from the batch of fry that i have, since its gonna be awhile before i need to dedicate a tank to another umbee it will allow me to work on other things. I am growin out a female now for my Location X males. And just because the Generals gone doesnt mean we cant keep the legacy goin
