Really nice setup. And count your blessings my mother in-law wouldn't pee on me if i was on fire, nevermind buy me tanks.

I have them plumbed top to middle, middle to bottom. From the bottom the water is drawn out through a cascade 1500 and sent to the top tank. Then I goes through the built in oveflow filters in each tank before moving on to the next. I have the intake tube for the canister along with the heaters all hidden in the filter boxes. Once I put a backing on them all you will see for equipment is the exhaust from the canister in the top tank. I thought this was a pretty good way to set up the system. I also think its the best way to filter the tank.
And no I wouldent trade my mother in law for anyone including my own mom. She's probably one of nicest people on the palnet. I couldent say enough about her. My brother in law found them and told her about them and the got them for me. My brother in law is also my best friend (you can only imagine how it went over when he found out I liked his sister). But that was years ago and we are best friends again.

You got it. Salvinis for the first set. And I still don't know about the second set. Just waiting to finish it up before I really get to looking for my w/c salvinis. I might run s/w in the second but I'm still not sure. Maybee africans haven't kept them before it the only world of fish keeping I have never ventured into. Still up in the air. And probably several months down the road.
