I am built on a concrete slab. when we get our new house my wife said i get the basement i plan on setting up a breeding facility, and a few 300 to 500 gallon displays. thats several years down the road though.

A good friend of mine got a Dutch Aquarium pet store cast off. It was an awesome setup...300 gallon tank with a 500 gallon pond attached to the side.

Love what you have going on there. Nice big footprint. Would love to have something like that in the fishroom for growing out fry.

The 300 gallon systems by das are big that would be nice to have. I have the smallest system at 65 gallons a tier and 195 per unit. With the two units its almost 400 gallons. I don't think I could keep a fish over 8 inches in one of the sectioned parts and 5 of the 6 tanks are sectioned. But the open one even though its only 65 gallons its foot print is big. The interior deminsions of each tier are 50x20x16. I might try something around the 12 inch size.

I was thinking about breeding w/c salvinis in the system. But its still up in the air. I will come up with something that suits my taste.
