bullhead cats also are parental and some of the stonecats (madtoms) thanks sandtiger for clearing that up wouldnt want people to think only cichlids are good parents. plus there are alot of saltwater fish in north american that are parental as well.

The worsed is seeing a big black cloud of bullhead fry and their mom coming towards you in a lake. Its pretty intimidating. I usaully run for the hills.

i just dont know why u dont go to walmart and get a steel minnow trap. there only like 6 or 7 bucks.i set mine in the spring and summer all the time and get catch stuff.
