If you can build the stand, you won't have any problems building your sump, and you'll probably save money, then get even better tires. Two heaters is a better bet, in case one fails. Good luck

would a coralife 4x65w 48" aqyarium light with 2 10000k bulbs up front and 2 actinic ones in back, as well as the four lunar lights be good engough to light the tank??? cuz this one guy is selling it for 150 on craigslist
That really depends on the look that you want. I wouldn't have thought you would be trying to grow plants so will be no problem, just depends how bright you want the tank to be. I wouldn't have thought actinic bulbs would be of any use so personally I would change them.

and for filtration i think im all set picking up 2 ac110 for $50 only and then still gotta find a fx5 so that will make close to 1800 gph since the ac110 is 428gph each and the fx5 is 925ghp and i picked up a few sheets of acylic to make the lids out off. and for a stand i dont know if im gonna make one myself since it needs to support so much weight and i might end up f*ckin something up wat is the cheapest price on a stand for a footprint of 72x24in ?

if you can cut lumber square and put it together so its all level you should have no problem building a stand
as far as building the sump out of the 55 there are many plans here on the DIY forum that will help get you started(you might also wanna take a look at the stands there too)
