Hey all.

I'm looking for a juvie coral cat or coral cat egg but having trouble locating one through an LFS. All I can really find right now are brown banded.
Anyway, does anyone know of a good online seller that usually carries them?

-Thanks

Scube Kid - Coral Cat eggs are not very popular in LFS as well as online sellers. They may label it as a Coral Cat, most often its a Brown Banded Bamboo. Your best bet is to buy one which is already a Juvie. This way your ensured its healthy, eating, and not going to die on you. If your interested in a Juvie - Adult Coral Cat Shark, a friend of mine has 2 Femals for sale, I think around 16" in length. If your interested please PM me, or you can join www.sharkraycentral.com and pm Domboski.

Im actually looking for something smaller. Know any online sites that have coral cats, because I have not found one thus far.

Thanks

Well there are several online websites that sale - Coral Cats most under 10".

sites like - Aquaticonline.net, or Godscreationsunderthesea.com.

Also it depend on if they are considered "in-season" or not. Will basically tell if they are available. As more species of shark have a definate collecting season.

$170 for a coral cat at God's Creations? Seems a little overpriced. The other website didn't show up though.

Thanks for the help anyway.

Scuba Kid - Fish Supply is a based off walk-in customers only. So if your located in California, and want to make the trip to Huntington Beach they are a great shop. If not, than you will need to look somewhere else. Also $150 is considered alot for a Shark of the Coral Cat status, however if its healthy and eating nothing is to expensive from my eyes as long as its realistic. And when it comes down to it, if you can't afford a $150 Shark, chances are you can't afford the system needed to keep it.

Ever stop to think that I may have put all of my extra money into the setup? $170 is a lot for a 16 year old to toss out, especially when my family and I are running 6 other tanks plus a new setup of 6 more tanks coming this summer. ;)
