Well a 150 is a good tank for a coral cat pup - til maturity.

But personally for it entire life i would recommend either a 300 aquarium (8' L x 2.5' W x 2' H) or a 300 gallon pond. either could make for a nice home for a coral cat.

I understand this and in the time while he's growing up in the 150, arrangements will be made to get him a larger setup.
