im 12 turning 13 this july but getting tank near the end of june or early of july but prob il get the tank before july! have 10g setup right now cycled filter heater E.T.C and before the time come sto get oscar i have 10g might as well get some exodons right? how many could I house 10g... I have a spare 20g better off with it and wellits hard to carry to bath tub fill with waer half way so not to heavy run back room caryy all the rest water take all rocks out 10g get filter heater on wait like 2-3 weeks amybe less maybe more to cycle with the amonia n stuff turning into nitrite than nitrates and than i get the tetras and dont want to use it since it could be my platy breader tank so I could feed a few of them to oscar 1-2 a month and I have bread platies many times before love those fish but heard they are healthier and carry less diseases than goldfish and dont cary this chemical that I forgot its name and people say is better so yah not using 20g prob

use the 20 gallon for the exodons u can get 7 in there.. then u can breed the platy in the 10 gallon...
i think il pass exos bread platy 10g and then whe theres too many use 10 and 20g later on... ah I love breading live bearesrs mixing different colours its awesome my fav is platies idk why
wanna take tank to university tho... and not sell the tank 5 years later.... maybe 40g with othe fish idk il figure out
