All the craigslist tanks are wayyyyy over-price, people think they can charge what they spent on the tank.

Why dont you post exactly what your looking for so people dont waste their time trying to help stock your tank for FREE...You want free stuff from people but are picky about what you get for FREE. The title of your thread says"FREE Looking for ANY free fish,supplies,tanks,etc.":screwy: please figure out what you want and then post a thread.:irked: I told you in my pm i had lots of supplies i could get rid of, just to get it out of my fishroom/garage and help a fellow Michigander, pffft i'll just keep it. GL on the free stuff...

You ask for free fish and supplies, obviously you are getting into a hobby you cannot afford. You have to feed these fish and medicate when ill, and your electricity bill will rise. And after asking for stuff you refuse something from a kind MFKer who is even willing to ship. This forum has many true hobbyist who are generous with fish, supplies, and information. Good luck with getting free anything. I have been given free supplies and fish and also have given same because we love our hobby and help each other out in our community.
What is it you need/want? Be specific.
 
CICHLIDAROWANA Im only 12. and my biggest tank is a 100gallon so i cant take any Big fish. i made this thread to see what is out there for free. im not committing to buying anything. I'm not getting myself into a hobby that i cant deal with. i have 8 tanks and and have been keeping tanks sine i was 6. i know a ton about fish and other pets. i quess what im trying to say is.... Im not getting into a hobby i cant afford. i pay to run all my tanks all by myself. I am perfectly qualified to keep as many tanks as i do. i know more than most of the people on this site. All of my pets are healthy and happy (except my common map turtle who has septicemia, im treating him with 3 different antibiotics). heres a list of all my pets i keep successfully

1 southern painted turtle
1common map turtle
5 sunfish
2 plecos
3black lined rasberas
3 lemon tetras
2corydoras
2swordfish
3 American toads
3 fire bellied toads
american millipedes
soon to be more.
