LOOKY what i found

They are small, but I tossed in 6 total a night for 4 pictus and 2 fourlines, not everyone got some at night but in the morning I would put in a few more and it worked out good.

I use to use larger pellets and it was great for the spotted pictus to pick at but the fourlines would put the entire thing in their mouths and it looked like a dog with a huge bone shoved in it's mouth. LOL

I heard to many reports of choking pictus type cats because of their frenzy to eat. The smaller pellets they suck right up and eat rather easy. I feel better about it. They also seem to like them more too.

Blood worms they suck them up like a vac!
 
I dont feed mine live food. I just worry about it opening doors for them to think fish in the tank are supper. They already naturally are pigs. I have been lucky. I have heard reports of just spotted pictus cats taking out a large barb before. The fourlines wich are larger and have a good sized mouth I am sure could feast rather nice.

Mine are so calm and so great with the other fish in the tank I want to keep it that way. *crossing fingers*

I know they would eat a tiny fish!!! I cant just tell they would because they are little pigs. LOL Why I refuse to put the yoyo loaches in the tank the stores sell here. They are TINY and I KNOW they would be supper.
 
My four line is the only one who's mouth is big enough to fit the pellets in his mouth other than my JD. i have him the floating pellets but he seems to like the sinking ones better. i also have a small columbian/white tip shark he can barely fit a sinking pellet in his mouth but he'll run and hide if he does get one. his gut is big enough after eating everything in sight. My JD's will be eating and he comes off the floor and starts eating whats in the "air" then when what little has fell he'll start on that!!.....PIG.
 
ohh they eat little fish all right i put that guy in a 20gallon long that HAD silver tip tetras in it he picked off 3 in one night i thought the others were to big but got them the next night so i had to move him to my 55 kind of funny tho he was so fat
