My arow seems to be loosing fins. The other fish in the tank are not aggressive towards each other. The aro lives with a 10 inch clown knife, 7 inch Dempsy and a 10 inch common pleco....

Any ideas? here is a pic along with the clown knife for the hell of it... thanks!

I will bet money your culprit is the dempsey....

my bet is that ck is owning the aro when the lights are out. he looks like a beast compared to the aro. do as delgado says.

isolate him

at that point keep the water clean and dose the tank with melafix AND pimafix.

he's a nice specimen and has greater potential once he regenerates those fins back.

btw how long have you had him?

I just did another 50% water change today. I'll try the melafix and pimafix. I have had him for about 4 months. This probably started happening about a month ago. He eats great and is very active. What do you think the actual cause is?

The dempsy doest mess with any one. Him and the CK have been together for a year. They even camp out in the same cave durring the day. The Aro is always at the top of the tank.

I think the CK might be doing this...
