Not sell them. Just see if they can keep them for you and you can pick them up when you're ready.

It would only be temporary. For a few days or a week at most. Just ask them to keep them for you, but not sell them.
i am not going to give up my fish even temporarily. What if they die at the LFS?Until then use a cup
What if they die in the tank? With how bad that tank is, I would say they would do better at the lfs. You can ask them to test the parameters if you want. I did, and even petsmart had 15 nitrates and everything else was zero. pH and alkalinity were fine. I surprised to see that from PetSmart. If your lfs isn't a chain business those parameters should be even better.
I am going to do a water change soon! They have been fine all these months they will be fine a few days until i order a python water changer and it comes.
