He's floating belly up but still alive. My water perimeters are normal and all other fish are acting normal. I have 4 other polypterus looking just fine. This guy was eating normal as well. I've noticed he's not growing as fast as the others but I make sure he eats. Any ideas? Is there anything I can do.

Sound like gas/air or bloat, if its still alive i would put it in the qt and add some epsom salt.
In the fisrt picture it look bloated, does is try to swim under the water the floats up?

When I first noticed him he did swim down but after taking photos of him he stays belly up. He is alive though.

Prolly bloat as mentioned. How big is it? When was it last fed? What was it fed? Cont epsom salt for now jwd jwd .

Is it a cb delhezi?

I'd follow advice alteady given and also consider reducing feedings. Allot of theses cb dels dont have an off switch. Over eating causes lots of issues. I lost my del mysteriously to what i assume was constant over eating

Thanks for the advice guys. Yes, it is a CB Del. He ate Hikari this morning and filets Saturday.
