Keep it in floating cave or something to keep it upright. It'll reduce stress. Cont epsom salt. Fingers crossed. If not better in 2 days or more then may need to try some antibiotics (maracyn2) especially if the bloat worsens.
How big is the endli and they aro? Are they in the same tank as the albino and senegal?how often do you guys feed? I decided to cut down feeding for my fishes to once a day after experiencing the same thing yesterday morning on my albino senegal bichir....... all my other bichir , 1 x senegal 2 x endi and rays and aro are perfectly fine
decided that only the aro will get twice a day feeding sessions

I ask cause when they get hungry they might eat the smaller bichir.
I feed my small bichirs every other day and when stomach still buldge i skip another day.
My big bichirs get feed only three time a week so every two days.
Ill be worried about the 6" sen since its the smallest, but everybody have different experience with their fish.yes all in same tank as well as 2 rays, about 8-10 inches disc wide
the 2 senegal is about 6" and 8", the 6" passed on. The 2 endi now is about 10" and 12".
The 6" looked like a semi short body...
When i upgraded my tank in Jan... all 4 bichirs were about 6"-7" before shifting to the larger tank.... then i started feeding prawn meat and there was a growth spurt for the endis
Aro is about 10-12" and florida gar is about 12-13"
so far only saw the gar stalking the smaller senegal once previously , when i was trying to convet the gar from feeder to prawn meat... interestingly the gar now takes prawn meat and pellets

Your fish might/might not eat the little guy once you switch the feeding schedule, but its best for the bigger fish not to eat everyday so they have time to digest the food. Over eating might give them health issue in the long run, happened to me before.
Sorry to hear thati am cutting down to once a day because the 6" just passed on yesterday... similar to the case here... no wounds, no red burns, all fish are well and eating.......including the other 3 bichirs...
i am at the stage where only the aro is considered a juvenile thus i will carry on the 2 feeding sessions a day and rest on once day
