ok,i dont watch it because its enough to be sucked into mfk let alone a tv show.Plus if its a show for the masses i usualy have to many gripes on it anyways so i save myself the trouble but tonight i watched a little.WTF is this show about,is their supernatural crap going on or what.Somebody please just tell me a short but informative version of what its about.Even though i dont watch,i still gotta know what i missed.

Jeez, way toooo much to explain. It is an amazing show. I am not big on TV series or anything that I have to wait for weekly, but holy S, it's great. You really need to watch the first 3 seasons to understand. This 4th season is confusing because now there are flash forwards to the future and also flashbacks to the present time? It is confusing, but sucks you in. I thought I loved Heroes because of the mystique and superhero stuff, but los interest quick. I've been hooked on this.
I have all 3 seasons I could burn for you. You'd have to watch them on a computer or a media center though. They are in .AVI format only. Burning them in DVD format would take like like 36 discs.

Show was interesting for a little bit, the writing sucks now. Everything is so far fetched that it's comparable to a high budget soap opera - a lot of people have gotten so sucked into the plot that they overlook how utterly stupid it's become, much like soap operas.

Ive been watching this show since day 1. I love Lost, one of the best tv series out there really. The mysteries are always fun to try and figure out and each episode always leaves you wanting more.
If you want a quick and easy recap of the series, for the first 3 seasons anyway, got to the iTunes Store on iTunes and download "Lost in 8:15". It's a free video and it's a quick way to hit all the major points.
