LOVE and HATE

Love: less common amphilophus sp. (like trimac, chancho etc...) - big, aggressive, lots of personality, gets a nice hump on the head, owner responsive, not common,etc...

Hate: FLowerhorn and Blood Parrot freaks of nature - there is enough incredible taxonomic diversity on this earth for us all to enjoy - there is no need to create hybrids. Just my opinion....

Love- Geophagus/Satanoperca very unusual feeding (sifting through substrate) compared to other cichlids, colorful

Hate-oscars~ too common, blood parrots/flowerhorns~ hybrids....

Love: my Jack Dempsey because she's beautiful, mean, and will eat anything that is dropped in her tank.
Hate: Oscars for growing too big for my tanks.

Yea I hear ya there...........blood parrots are kinda fugly with their buggy eyes and wierd mouths

Love: Green Terror, even though its common, i think its easily one of the best looking out of all of them when its an adult.

Hate: Convicts, pretty much the guppies of the cichlid world.
