i think he just meant the people who said they hate oscars because they are too common..

i have to add more to my list

Love: red devils, and severums + my afformentioned fish

Hate: flowerhorns, blood parrots, and other hybrids.. why mess with nature?
 
Love them tank-banging, lip-locking, fish-eating, rock-moving, hand-biting, impossibly large cichlids that make my tank look like a biker bar at 2AM. And bad catfish that try to eat your children. And my gars that try to bite anybody who swims by, just in case.

Hate any veggie-eating, bottom sifting, non-threatening, plant loving cichlid that get along with your little angel fish, and your little pony.

I really hate blood parrots.

Love: My PARACHROMIS MOTA that jumps out of the water and catches a moth a foot above his tank. Or a group of fish that would eat anying and everything thrown in the tank.

HATE: a Parrot cichlid who cant express his predator instinct because someone thinks he looks good like a deformed Mutant, selective breeding of hybrids such as stunted fish is something I dont agree with. Thats just my opinion.
 
LOVE:
Convicts-They have brought so many people to the fish hobby with their easy breeding (myself included)
Blood Parrots-I don't really love these ugly SOBs but they are getting no love on this thing.
HATE:
Angels-Epitome of boring
 
love: discus, ebjd, red devils, fronts, FH with a DECENT size kok n proportional body

hate: oscars, angels, jellybean parrots, FH (giant kok, short bodies)
 
love: jags and umbee because of the stunning colors in them and their puppy like personality!

HATE: Bloodparrots and any hybrid in general...
ALSO HATE angelfish grrrr.r..rrr:headbang2
 
Love: CA cichlids-they are the best :headbang2

Hate: Blood parots-they are the ugliest fish.
