I think once established flowers are hardy but still more picky eaters than a motoro or leo. my big female goes through days where nitrites go up very high sometimes, eats anything, and has lived with lots of different rays and honestly may be the most aggressive ray I have owned. the little ones are doing great but are still a bit shy etc

looks great!! Flowers really are awesome. Thats what I'm thinking my male is gonna look like with some size. Gorgeous animal

Im sure yours will be at least that nice when they get a bit larger,i like Flowers too,the shape of them and the small albeit high mantle looks so impressive. They may be slow starters when they are newly imported but they more than make up for it once they become established....great feeding response!!!....great rays!!!

I agrees!! mine are still picky eaters but they are definitly hardy once established. and as far as aggression goes, even though they are finicky as to what they eat, they are EXTREMELY agressive feeders. much more than that of my motoros! Especiall the male flower... he is like a dog... its like watching my rottwieler dive for a hot dog or burger...!!!

p.s. yours are sweet!

lookin good mike...

Great pics guys. The flowers are looking good. I have my 12" flower in with a 2 foot castexi and she's the aggresore out of the two. Once established they are amazing.
