How were the wake ones? I've sat in my head for an hour. Thought I heard the sounds and all, opened my eyes and was like wtf nothing happened. Then went to sleep.
Went to sleep: (1:30)
Woke up: (9:30)
Total hours of sleep: (8 hrs)
Dreams: Don't remember any. I for someone reason think I had a dream. I don't remember any, but idk.
Quality of sleep: Awesome!
Have been doing reality checks often. Want to do a WILD sometime.
I use to sleep walk and when I did I tried to pee in a box... HAHA
But I don't remeber any dreams or if I even dream... But I remeber one I had this winter bout zombies it was winter too on my road and we had snow mobiles n snow boards! wasnt scary rlly but it was cool!
I also had a few dreams where I dream something will happen and it has those were cool and creppy.

Right. I had 4 WILDs totally on accident. I woke up one day, was tired so went back to sleep. Really weird experience, I woke up right after that, and immediately entered HI and sleep paralysis and a lucid dream. Happened four times, one after another after another until I got freaked out on the last time and broke the paralysis.
It's funny, I've tried to WILD many times before that, failed each time, and then had 4 in one hour without trying Same here. Once my recall gets better I might post a dream journal on this site.packer43064;4160547; said:

you can improve dream recall easily with practice. i normally only remember 1 or 2 dreams a month, when i was trying to lucid dream i easily recall 2 or 3 per day.
