Getting ready to put up a 300 gallon 72"-36"-27" for my ray and other fish. I couldn't start on the stand yet as I still need to make some room. So I started on my monster wet dry instead. I still need a ton more pot scrubbers but i bought all that my local dollar store had.I will be using a 3300 gph reeflo pump and i still need to add the drip plate but its a good start

Parts
100 gallon rubbermaid tub
3 pcs plexi cut to size
Some 1" pvc for bracing which will be removed when dry
Tube of silicone
egg crate

That should do the trick. Are you going to do all wet/dry or partially submerged?

I am thinking it will be partially submerged I am still working out what size pvc to use for the intake and how many gph I want on the return

I will also be doing a 24/7drip system/emergency drain for power outages. I will update with pictures as I progress

Got a bit more done today. I decided to go with filter socks instead of sponges so I installed those using pvc pipe, stainless steel Eye screws, and zip ties. Then I got started on the drip plate still needs to be tweeked a bit to fit properly but I got the grid drawn on and marked it up to be cut when I burrow the tools to cut it to size

I am going light on the holes figuring I can drill bigger or more holes if needed. Not exactly sure what size and how many I will need for 3000 gph

Finally finished the drip tray what a pain in the @$$. Worst part of the project by far. Now I just need 740 more scrubbies and a pump
