Yes, followed it perfectly. Worked perfectly. I think it's 1 gram per 100 gallons. 1/4 tsp of Levamisole hcl powder weighs apprx 1 gram. Better to weigh it, but I didn't have a scale.
no scale here either,

how important is a full gravel (sand) vac?

wondering if i need to remove all the rock work in there?

Nah. I did remove a few unnecessary pieces of decor and plants for a while, but I didn't worry about getting all the paralyzed worms. I told myself they are paralyzed and will die. I had confidence that I would get them all with 3 treatments and it was successful. I did as thorough of a siphon as I could, but nothing crazy. I guess I kept the scape simple for a bit afterwards and continued to siphon well, but i'm back to my scape and plants now and don't worry about it anymore. You'll get through this :)

at this point you think it would be better to segregate off the 3-4 that look ass skinny and treat both groups the same separately...

im afraid they are eating the white poop getting infected that way...

ill be changing water tomorrow and turn the hob’s with the carbon back on....

then waiting 5-7 days before doing the de wormer...

dang, if that does not do it....

Maybe someone else has a suggestion about segregating? I just treated all the fish in the same tank. But I lost all the fish exposed to the worm for some time, so maybe there's a better plan.

Also not sure about the poop. kno4te kno4te knows about poop colors I think, he helped me with my fish's poop.

Good luck, I hope it works! But just keep in mind the worse affected fish might not make it. But I know I would have no fish left if I didn't deworm and the dying has stopped so I know it worked.

Poop looks better. Would try feeding a good sustainable pellet for now.
