I've ventured into the MAC world this year. With photography it helps to show clients quality work and my PC didn't have the pixel count /VC to generate the wow factor. 2 issues I have with my Mac; 1 I should have the 13 in air", and I should of bought the 17" pro. Apple is great with service, that is where they thrive! at least with me I've had great luck with service.

how is downloading and letting the computer install the update right after it downloads and freezes multiple times a user error? sounds more like to me a system error.

I like how all the MAC users say they never have problems when you run into one and research the problem there are many others with the same problem and most of the time there is no resolution to the problem especially in the Apple Support Forum.

I find they're nice, and I always use the mac's at my university or work instead of the windows computers, but you can get a windows computer that's just as nice for a third of the price.

That being said, I use linux (specifically Ubuntu) on my personal computer at home. Free free free! Better than both windows or mac as well.
