I talked to Dave at polygem today. I just bought some e-z sculpt epoxy from him instead of the 307 this time. He told me its like silly putty and its less messy and will stick to my PVC structures better. Should be in this week. I will post back if I like this better than the 307

Wish I had known that. I used wire mesh, Pond Foam and then the 307 to cover my PVC pipes (filtration) for my tank. Sounds like the e-z sculpt would have worked on my smaller pipes and save me a lot of work.
