MALE or FEMALE Flowerhorn? AND WHAT KIND?

What kind and gender is it? I notice a little black markings on the dorsal fins, but not always. It only shows up when the flowerhorn got scared or is scared but for most of the time it is not there.

I have him for about 2-3 weeks now but I don't see any development in size and especially in the kok, well today I actually changed the water after 3 months and this tanks use to be my older flowerhorns' tank. And I found my heater so I put it and there, changed the water and I noticed that the flowerhorn seems happy and more confident, it is swimming around the tank and plays with my finger now.

I noticed that the back or the head is yellow sometimes and my lightning is white so yeah. His head and body near his tail is kinda yellowish.

So what kind of flowerhorn and what gender?
 
It looks very stressed out. If I were to guess srd female. What's your temp at and what's the nitrite ammonia and nitrate at?
 
Temp is at 82. I don't see any really long or always black markings on dorsal fins. It is swimming around happily and chasing my fingers.

I lost my ammonia and nitrate testing 2 weeks ago, only has Ph and ph is at 8.2.
 
No black markings on dorsal fins, it will only appear like small black markings on dorsal fins when it got scared or everytime I changed water and put it in a jar.

Never change 100% of the water. Change 25-50% once a week. 82 degrees is ok 84 is better. PH of 7.4--7.8 is best for flowerhorn. 8.2 is way too high. The gender is a little hard to tell right now due to the fish being stressed and also so young.

Well I have a bunch of flowerhorns at this size about 2 1/2 - 3 inches. I have a few females and they always show dorsal fins black markings all the time. But this doesn't.

And what do you think? Will it have a good kok if it's a male?
