It is a little hard to tell, because one of the most important features in gender ID of any Parachromis are the markings on the lower gill plate, and lower jaw. I edited your pica little, but that otten removes detail, sp hard to see if there are subtle striations..
If the lower gill plate and jaw has striations, it is usually a male, if the jaw is a solid color female.
