It sounds correct, do a 25% water change between treatments. Do a gravel vacuming with the water changes. A bare bottom tank would be better if it's possibile for you to do. Add the excess to whichever tank you feed last doesn't mater.

(Update) The tanks are now bare bottomed. The fish have been flashing alot though. Is the a symptom of camallanus??
Also I found a lead on ebay were i can get a hold of levamisole Hcl 99% pure meant for aquariums should i order it??
I lost a little green terror today :( def need to destroy these things was getting ready to order a 265 gallon in a month but if i cant get rid of this stuff i think its about ruined the hobby for me lol.

If you can get it go ahead. Keep treating with the GC as a food soak. Keep the faith sometimes you get somthing that is diffacult to cure. Camalanus is one of those. If the GC doesn't cure it itself it will buy you enough time for the levamisole to arrive. These things burrow into the flesh so they are tough to eradacate. The intank treatment pluse the food soak is important. You could add the Kanamycin to this treatment to help fight any secondary internal infection and to help flush them. Don't give up. In the future try to QT new fish before introducing them to the display tank. 3 weeks is usually sufficiant to detect any potential problems. You will beat this if you keep at it. Don't forget to do the water changes. Keep the water as clean as possibile during treatment. At one time or another these type things are part of the hobby, you're not alone when it comes to getting hit with somthing that's tough to deal with. It's not fun but a learning experiance at best.

See links on how to use Levamisole, in one of the links is a place to get levamisole from a PA store close to you.

Yea i am def gonna beat this stuff your def right gotta stay positive! I will go ahead and check out the pa link rocksor got me (Thank you!) and maybe get that ordered and i am gonna try the treatment we talked about and hopefully that will do it because watching the rest of the fish they have continued to expell a couple worms so i believe thats good? Def alot easier without gravel but thanks for all the info so far gotta get these guys feeling better.

(update) I treated the tank with the general cure and kanamycin while also using the gc as a food soak. The fish expelled three worms that i seen (fully developed) but i am occasionally getting white stingy (almost looks like hair) hanging on the divider and on the jags pvc. Could these be expelled worms? I also got the levamisole on the way should be here in a couple days! Now the big question i hear conflicting info on the grams per gallon what would be the smart/safe dosage for a 125 gallon and a 75 gallon tank. I have 30 grams coming fyi so should be more than enough i think. Thanks in advance everyone!

125 gallons need to be treated with 6.25 grams of levamisole. That's 5 grams per 100 gallons of water. For 75 gallons use 3.75 grams.

Thanks alot for the quick response, i will keep you guys posted on how everything goes!

Alright so its been a little while but heres the update! I used the levamisole hcl, waited a day, and did a 75% water change. Did another fifty percent one tonight and the fish seem to be feeling a little better! They def expelled some mature worms but have not had much of a appetite although they are def getting closer to eating by the hour haha. I have kanamycin on stand by to start treating for any secondary infections as well as tetracyclin ect (huge med order from drs foster and smith) so i should be well prepared but so far no more losses but i will keep you guys posted!!

Sounds good.
