These are two of the finest fighters that the sport has to offer. This does have the potential to be the fight of the year. I like both of these fighters, but Cotto is naturally the larger man and walks the streets at a heavier weight than Manny. Cotto is naturally stronger. Manny is fighting at a heavier weight and is out of his element. It won't be a knock out. I predict an outright, unanimous decision in Cotto's favor. The Vegas oddsmakers have Manny at the odds-on-favorite. It's a mistake. Cotto should prevail in typical fashion. He's a no-nonsense work horse. Manny is quick and a buzz saw, but the heavier weight will slow him down just enough for Cotto to tag him. If they were naturally in the same weight division, I'd probably give Manny the edge, but this is a case of a small fighter stepping up to fight a bigger man.
 
Fellow Noypi wins by KO in third or less.

The peoples champ have always fought bigger guys, and they all couldn't do anything. They have said it on 24/7; usually when a fighter moves up weight, they tend to become slower/weaker. Manny is different, he just becomes stronger and stronger.

Wishful thinking on your part . . . I like both fighters. My reasoning is not based on anything but boxing logic, and I could be wrong. You like Manny for obvious reasons, which are clouding your objectivity. He's your HOMIE :+)

I'm just saying.. Manny started at 106 lbs and now fighting at 147-149? His weight just keeps on moving up, because they aren't anymore contenders.
