I'm just saying.. Manny started at 106 lbs and now fighting at 147-149? His weight just keeps on moving up, because they aren't anymore contenders.

All boxers move up, with the exception of heavyweights, because there is no where else to go. As a boxer matures, his body starts to fill out and he can't make the lower weigghts. Manny is maturing and has to move up. If Manny were to try to fight at 106 lbs, he could not make the weight. he has not fought at that low weight since he was a kid. Time brings on weight, even with world-class athletes. At some point Manny wiil not be able to fight at the next higher weight. I don't think he could ever fight as a middle weight. Middle weights are too big and strong for him. There is a limit on moving up in weight.

No doubt about that. He wouldn't stand a chance if he moves up to middleweight class, But I've always thought DLH was middleweight..

Delahoya fought as a jr. light, light, jr. welter, welter, jr. middle and middle. he came back down to welter to fight manny. obviously, manny did not want to move up and rightfully so . . .

Manny has already defeated two bigger fighters who walk around at even higher weights.Oscar De la Hoya was one and even though he is not what he was,he's still better than a lot thats near the top currently.Ricky Hatton is no clubfighter and look at what happened to him.Freddy Roach has said that Manny will probably not go past welter weight and he also has political aspirations so he may not be fighting for to much longer.

I like both fighters almost even... I like Pacman more for what he did to the the last opponent... He beat the breaks off her (The copper-boy:naughty::raspberry).

I think it will go 12 rounds in favor of Cotto.

Pacman will def not be as fast as he was and the power coming his way is stronger than he has felt before.
